About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our team at Tapestry, a global house of brands powered by optimism, innovation, and inclusivity. As a Senior Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and create a personalized shopping experience for clients
  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals, while developing strong product knowledge across all categories
  • Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate the selling culture and initiate business-driving events in-store
  • Communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic, brand philosophy, and lifestyle to the sales team and customers
  • Build strong relationships with clients as a brand ambassador of the company
  • Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers, and securing the facility
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proven ability to contribute to an elevated selling culture and drive sales growth
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
