Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical services to patients, including medication therapy management and disease state management.
- Lead and direct Pharmacy Technician Support Staff to ensure efficient and effective pharmacy operations.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, and loss prevention.
- Develop and implement patient care programs to improve health outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed.
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA).
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
