About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Wiring Systems Engineer to join our team at Bell Textron Inc. in Fort Worth, Texas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and integrate aircraft electrical wiring interconnect systems (EWIS)
  • Develop wiring architecture, diagrams, and detailed harness drawings using Siemens Capital toolset
  • Collaborate with subsystem design engineers, harness assemblers, build team installers, and electricians/maintainers to ensure seamless integration
  • Release wiring documents in coordination with aircraft systems engineers and wire routing and electrical install design engineers
  • Support wiring supplier management, aircraft build installation, aircraft testing and operations, as well as aircraft/system qualification and certification
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology (or closely related field)
  • At least 2 years of experience in Aerospace wiring design
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a team player mindset
