What You Will Do:
As a member of our nursing staff, your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing a welcoming atmosphere for residents from their initial admission to their discharge.
- Advocating for residents throughout their care journey, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
- Creating individualized care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs based on your observations and expertise.
- Responding promptly and effectively to emergency situations, demonstrating your ability to act decisively in the best interest of residents.
- Administering medications and maintaining accurate records of all care provided.
- Possession of a Licensed Practical Nurse Certificate (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) degree from an accredited institution.
- A valid nursing license (LPN or RN) and CPR certification.
- Experience in nursing practices and a solid understanding of LPN and RN roles.
- Knowledge of regulations and guidelines pertinent to long-term care.
