Homewatch CareGivers - Windsor is seeking a compassionate Bilingual (English/Spanish) or exclusively Spanish-speaking 24-Hour Live-in Caregiver to provide support to a client in their residence. In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance your client's health and quality of life by offering companionship, assisting with household tasks, and delivering hands-on support with daily hygiene, mobility, and other essential activities.

Work Schedule:

Live-in caregivers typically spend 2 to 5 consecutive days at the client's home, adhering to a consistent routine each week. There are also opportunities for continuous live-in arrangements. During the 2 to 5 days, caregivers follow this daily schedule:

  • 13 hours dedicated to client care
  • 8 hours allocated for sleep
  • 3 hours reserved for personal time and breaks

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide independent assistance to one or more clients in their homes.
  • Support daily activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, meal preparation, and more.

  • Engage clients in meaningful conversations, activities, and personalized care.
  • Accompany clients on outings for shopping and appointments (driving is not required for live-in caregivers).
  • Promote healthy choices according to individual care plans, including medication reminders and physical therapy support.
  • Monitor, document, and communicate any changes in health and wellbeing.
