Job Opportunity: Bilingual/Spanish-Speaking Live-in Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) or solely Spanish-Speaking 24-Hour Live-in Caregiver to provide assistance to a client in their home. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the health and wellbeing of your client(s) by providing companionship, assistance with tasks in the home, and hands-on care with daily hygiene, transfers, and other activities of daily living.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled and compassionate care to clients in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as hygiene, transfers, ambulation, and meals.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment by performing light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks.
  • Interact with clients in a meaningful way through conversation, activities, and personalized care.
  • Provide transportation and/or accompaniment to activities outside of the home, such as shopping and appointments.
  • Encourage and support clients in making healthy choices as indicated on their personalized care plans.
  • Monitor, record, and report changes to health and well-being.
