Job Title: Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Dunn-Edwards. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors
  • Oversee the accounting and financial reporting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
