Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize student enrollments and execute effective marketing strategies to increase awareness of Sylvan Learning in your region.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure parents and students remain satisfied and engaged.
  • Manage center performance, including revenue and expenses, to drive business growth.
  • Oversee consultations and conferences with parents and educational staff to provide personalized support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, teachers, and staff to foster a positive learning environment.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team to achieve center goals.

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and desire to succeed in this role.
  • Education or customer service experience is preferred, but not required. We will teach you the skills you need to excel.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively manage a business and lead a team.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays, to meet the needs of our students and families.
