POSITION SUMMARY:
Kingwood Pines Hospital is seeking a dynamic and talented Director, Outpatient Services. This position will manage the day-to-day operations, strategic planning, business development, clinical programming and financial management of all outpatient programs at Kingwood Pines Hospital.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Implement and develop outpatient programs with evidence based milieu guidelines and new programs to meet market demands.
2. Manages Managers, Outpatient Clinics ensuring all conform to regulatory standards.
3. Coordinates billing, census, and treatment.
4. Assist with marketing services.
5. Responsible for inpatient and outpatient performance improvement and meeting all performance indicator benchmarks.
QualificationsEDUCATION:
Required: Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Education Psychology/Counseling.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
LMSW, LPC or LMFT in Texas required.
Current CPR, Physical and Verbal Crisis Intervention Certification. Training may be obtained during new hire orientation.
EXPERIENCE:
Requires a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a psychiatric setting or related field and three (3) years of management experience.
