  • Oversee documentation compliance and conduct monthly audits.
  • Implement new patient programs aligned with facility guidelines.
  • Maintain regular communication with administrative and regional consultants to assess needs for additional support.
  • Guarantee high-quality data entry and clinical documentation.
  • Manage computerized systems to optimize data integrity and therapist productivity.
  • Supervise the Medicare Medical Review and Denials Management process in collaboration with the administrative team.
  • Monitor the financial performance of the rehabilitation department, seeking improvements while adhering to facility standards.
  • Ensure effective staff utilization and manage operational levers to meet budget targets.
  • Complete billing processes accurately and timely to meet facility requirements.
  • Contribute to census development and marketing initiatives by managing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Support the professional growth of rehabilitation staff through performance reviews and ongoing training programs.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture by exemplifying core values in interactions with colleagues and patients.
  • Collaborate closely with nursing and admissions teams to meet client expectations and enhance the rehab program.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Administrator and Medical Director.
  • Ensure compliance with safety practices by identifying hazards and maintaining equipment.
  • Educate staff on proper safety protocols and body mechanics during patient treatments.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills with all facility personnel.
  • Graduation from an accredited program in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology is preferred.
  • Other relevant education and experience may be considered with Senior Management approval.
  • Must be able to travel as required.
  • Full-time position with benefits including dental insurance.
  • Standard 8-hour day shift.

Relocation: Candidates must be willing to relocate prior to starting the position.
