This position is vital for the success of our organization, as it directly impacts our ability to meet client expectations and drive business development. You will report directly to the VP of Engineering in this full-time capacity.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a proactive Technical Project Manager with a strong background in engineering project oversight. You should possess excellent project management skills and the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from initial planning to production readiness.
  • Lead project teams to ensure effective collaboration and timely task completion.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and ensure satisfaction.
  • Utilize project management tools and Microsoft 365 applications proficiently.
  • Monitor project budgets, allocate resources, and manage associated risks.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Technical Project Manager within an engineering context.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and project management software.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of rugged computing and military standards is advantageous.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • US Citizenship is required.
