Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Veterinary Technology Instructor to join our team at Platt College Los Angeles, LLC. As an Adjunct Faculty member, you will be responsible for providing quality instruction to students in our Veterinary Technology program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans to meet the program and course objectives.
  • Maintain a well-organized and disciplined classroom environment that fosters learning and promotes the requirements of the relevant workplace setting.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure students meet the program and course objectives.
  • Stay current with industry developments and advancements in veterinary technology to ensure instruction is relevant and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Veterinary Technician.
  • Current California RVT license - must be in good standing.
  • Associate's degree from an AVMA-accredited school in Veterinary Technology required.
  • Work experience should include several years of practice and experience in management and/or training.
