About the Role

At Broadridge, we're committed to empowering our associates to achieve their full potential. As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business teams by leveraging your expertise in business analysis, technical solutions, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define client requirements, ensuring seamless digital solutions delivery.
  • Facilitate configuration meetings with clients, implement product configurations, and capture, document, and memorialize configurations for future reference.
  • Work closely with Solutions Architects, Solutions Analysts, and Project Managers to plan and deliver technical solutions that meet client needs.
  • Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, ensuring understanding of requirements, project objectives, and solutions.
  • Provide demonstrations and training to internal and external stakeholders, promoting effective solutions and process improvements.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, with a strong background in business analysis, technical solutions, and digital transformation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical solutions to business audiences.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in an agile system development life cycle environment, with a focus on best practices and effective solution implementation.
  • 2-3 years of experience in complex web/digital solution development and delivery environments.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining high quality standards and excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in a delivery role for SaaS-based solutions is highly desirable.
