We are currently seeking a dedicated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment to become a part of our Construction team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces for installations.
  • Assist in the installation of tiles across multiple construction sites.
  • Operate forklifts to load and unload materials as instructed by the supervisor.
  • Utilize scissor lifts for construction-related tasks.
  • Support other yard and forklift operators by manually handling items such as drywall, mud, tape, and steel.
  • Assist with maintenance and minor repairs.
  • Conduct routine landscaping on the premises.
  • Help with painting and filling gaps or crevices in various structures.
  • Engage in light carpentry tasks, such as cabinet construction.
  • Assist in the repair of equipment or appliances.
  • Support electrical, plumbing, or HVAC repair tasks.
  • Perform assigned duties or emergency tasks as needed.
  • Identify and report the necessity for significant repairs.
  • Manually load and unload materials from pallets, skids, trailers, and platforms.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing items for accuracy, wear, and defects, reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs.
  • Valid forklift operator license is mandatory.
  • Valid driving license is required.
  • Experience operating scissor lifts is advantageous.
  • Capability to work at heights for construction-related tasks.
  • Solid understanding of construction practices and practical experience with tools.
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Positive demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Availability for full-time work.
