Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to ensure accurate removal and placement of materials.
- Monitor workflow and suggest changes to enhance productivity as needed.
- Load and offload rocks, debris, and other materials from heavy equipment.
- Perform daily safety checklists of all equipment used.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to ensure smooth project execution.
