A leading surgical services group in Dallas, Texas, is seeking to expand its team with the addition of a Physician Assistant or NP/RNFA. This role presents an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to contribute their skills and expertise in orthopedics and robotics.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $135,000, based on experience. This comprehensive compensation package reflects the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.

Key Responsibilities

This role requires 25-30 hours of surgical time per week, with an additional 5 hours dedicated to pre-operative positioning and care. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in orthopedics and/or ortho spine surgery, with no orders, clinic, or rounding responsibilities.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have relevant work experience and meet the specified qualifications. Currently, the company is not accepting new graduates for this role.
