We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technician First Assist to join our team in McMinnville, Oregon. As a CST First Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.
Key Responsibilities- Assist surgeons during procedures, maintaining a sterile environment and handling instruments with precision.
- Manage inventory and prepare cases for surgery, ensuring timely and efficient workflow.
- Participate in on-call duties, including initial decontamination and sterilization, and provide support for C-sections as needed.
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or 2-3 years of experience in the OR, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Certified First Assist (CSTFA) or 3 years of experience as a CST, with a strong understanding of surgical procedures and techniques.
- BLS certification within 3 months of hire.
- Competitive hourly rate: $26.00 to $50.00 per hour.
