Job Summary

Chi is seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team in the Radiology Department. As a key member of our imaging team, you will be responsible for the daily coordination and technical aspects of the Radiology MRI Section.

Responsibilities

1. Perform all functions of an MRI Technologist position, ensuring high-quality images and excellent patient care.

2. Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the MRI section, ensuring compliance with institutional, state, and federal standards.

3. Provide direction to section leads and staff on coordinating clinical and technical operations in the MRI Department of Radiology.

4. Assist in reviewing and revising department policies and procedures to ensure continuity in compliance with regulatory requirements.

5. Work with management to achieve department goals and objectives, promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff.

6. Supervise, perform, and/or assist with the performance of MRI procedures, processing and quality control of images, and transportation and coordination of patients and related duties.

7. Assist staff and perform routine and specialized examinations as necessary, schedule working hours of staff, and assist in quality assurance programs.

8. Maintain a safe MRI environment and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Education and Licensure:

* Associate's Degree preferred
* Certificate from accredited MRI program and Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - ARRT (MR); OR Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - ARRT (R)(MR); must maintain current and certified by State of Texas - MRT
* CPR/BLS certification

Minimum Experience:

* Three (3) years of MRI experience
