Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Client Operations to lead our operational management across multiple employer sites, ensuring the delivery of exceptional health and fitness services.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary client liaison for strategic integration and expansion initiatives, focusing on enhancing client satisfaction and identifying healthcare trends.
  • Develop and implement processes aimed at improving health center performance, establishing innovative performance metrics aligned with corporate strategies.
  • Exhibit strong business acumen in areas such as staffing, budgeting, and service offerings to achieve strategic operational goals.
  • Proactively address complex challenges, leveraging internal resources to devise effective solutions.
  • Facilitate and lead client/site meetings and task forces to support strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the management of multiple health centers and client relationships, ensuring operational excellence.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 7 years in a business or healthcare-related environment, with experience in leadership roles.
  • Preferred experience as a licensed healthcare professional and managing virtual teams.
  • Strong familiarity with healthcare operations, budget management, and medical information systems.

Preferred Skills:
  • Proven track record in process improvement and efficiency management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
