Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team at PT Holdings LLC. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and branch office to provide timely updates on repair status and coordinate parts ordering.
  • Accurately complete service calls and maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of parts and supplies to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Collaborate with branch office to develop and implement effective maintenance and repair strategies.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in commercial kitchen repair of HVAC equipment and some experience with refrigeration equipment.
  • Strong electrical, HVAC/R, and mechanical background.
  • Commercial kitchen cooking experience a plus.
  • Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
  • Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen.
  • Ability to accurately and promptly complete required paperwork.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
