**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a dialysis setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient goals
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of one year of experience in dialysis nursing
  • Current RN licensure and certification in dialysis nursing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends
