About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Equipment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware issues, solving complex problems, and improving equipment performance. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to install customer equipment, perform maintenance, and upgrade systems.
  • Demonstrate a 'customer-first' mindset when interacting with customers.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or equipment support.
  • Associate degree or equivalent technical certification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, or thermodynamics.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $31.00 - $42.35 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, disability insurance, and life insurance. Additionally, you will have access to retirement, paid time off, and health and wellness programs.
