Position Responsibilities:
This role is essential in ensuring that our clients' environments are clean and healthy. Key responsibilities include:
- Executing all cleaning tasks using designated ServiceMaster products and equipment, including floor scrubbers.
- Performing sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash disposal, restroom sanitation, window spot cleaning, dusting, and disinfecting.
- Managing the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment for your assigned area.
- Utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary.
Physical Requirements and Qualifications:
The position demands:
- Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, and reaching.
- Ability to lift and/or carry items weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Capability to distinguish between various cleaning products and their applications.
- 1-2 years of experience in custodial services, janitorial work, or housekeeping is advantageous but not mandatory.
- On-the-job training will be provided for candidates demonstrating a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
- Flexibility and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment are essential.
