About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HVM Process Optimization Specialist to join our Global Sales and Services business unit. In this role, you will be responsible for driving process improvement projects on-site at our customer locations, ensuring our products meet their requirements, and serving as a technical bridge between customer teams, hardware teams, and account teams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site process support during installation, start-up, and warranty phases to ensure achievement of customer specifications, schedules, and budgets.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot tool performance issues, developing and implementing short-term and long-term solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical information used by internal and external stakeholders, sharing lessons learned within our key account organization and Global Sales and Services business unit.
  • Foster effective communication with internal and external stakeholders through various channels, including email, phone calls, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with customers to design and conduct experiments to meet their needs, applying DOEs and statistical methods to analyze experimental output.
  • Evaluate current customer needs and anticipate future needs, building sustainable relationships and solutions.
  • Promote continuous improvement of the customer experience through team, process, and support tool development.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in physical chemistry, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, materials science, or physics.
  • Broad technical experience and business perspective preferably in the Semiconductor / Capital Equipment industry.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor device applications, vacuum techniques, film characterization, metrology techniques, and deposition processes and equipment.
  • Experience with advanced troubleshooting methodologies and structured problem analysis.
  • Ability to design and conduct experiments, measure, and interpret experimental output using DOEs and statistical methods.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for training, technical engagement, and customer site visits.

Salary and Benefits
