Job Description

We are seeking a Regional Sales Team Lead to join our sales team at Creality 3D Technology LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving business growth and development in your assigned region.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and make data-driven decisions.

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 7 years of sales and leadership experience in the 3D printing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
