About the Role
Join a dynamic team that is at the forefront of manufacturing innovation. Our client, a leading supplier of composite materials in North America, is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to contribute to their expanding engineering department.

Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your extensive background in CNC programming to create efficient programs for intricate and customized components.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by designing CAM templates, drafting work instructions, and refining CAM programs.
- Address production challenges throughout the manufacturing process while collaborating with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to enhance manufacturability.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of programming, tool selection, and machining processes.
- Implement GD&T principles within the manufacturing workflow.
- Maintain effective communication with operators, engineers, and team leaders.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, although relevant manufacturing experience may be considered.
- A strong foundation in Mastercam programming.
- A willingness to learn and collaborate with various on-site teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks and Vericut software is advantageous.
- Experience in composite materials is a plus.

- Competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000, based on experience.
