Job Summary

The Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the health, well-being, and safety of clients in a residential facility setting. This position requires strong communication skills, regulatory compliance knowledge, and the ability to manage staffing and labor hours to provide high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain open communication with conservators, family members, and other outside agency representatives regarding client health and well-being.
  • Manage staffing and labor hours to ensure adequate supervision and support of clients.
  • Oversee daily business operations, including client notes documentation, medication audits, and physical plant inspections.
  • Attend trainings as mandated by Regional Centers and communicate with staff regarding quality care assurance.
  • Maintain safety compliance to prevent staff and client injury.
Requirements
  • High School Equivalent and 3 years or more experience in a direct service agency and 3 years experience over a child service.
  • A Bachelors degree with 2 years experience in a direct service agency.
  • Adult Residential Facility Certification (ARF) and DSP I and DSP II certificates.
  • CPR/FA and CPI certification.
Work Environment

This position requires working in a fast-paced residential facility setting, with a focus on providing high-quality care and support to clients. The Administrator must be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with staff, clients, and outside agency representatives.
