Pediatric Trach Vent Patient Overnight Private Duty Nurse LPN Position

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting. As a Pediatric Trach Vent Patient Overnight Private Duty Nurse LPN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, in accordance with the developed care plan and physicians orders.
Responsibilities:- Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
- Continuously observe and assess patient condition and care needs, reporting changes to the supervisor and/or physician as appropriate.
- Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care in a timely manner.
- Participate in and update the nursing care plan.
- Take appropriate nursing action based on assessment and achieve expected outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures.
- Six (6) months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting.
- Home health experience.
