About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Leader to join our team at Tufts Medical Center. As a Senior Staff RN-Medical Center, you will be responsible for providing professional and nonprofessional nursing care services in accordance with physician orders. Your expertise will encompass assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care needs of designated patients or groups.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality nursing care to patients
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Ensuring patient safety and satisfaction through effective communication and coordination of care
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records

**Salary:** $83,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience

To be successful in this role, you will require advanced knowledge of nursing practices, strong critical thinking skills, and excellent communication abilities. You should possess a Bachelors degree in Nursing (Associates considered with review) and specialized certifications in your area of expertise.
