We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission incentives. Additionally, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401K matching, and paid training.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-3 years of construction management experience
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., construction management, business administration)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • PMP or OSHA certifications are a plus
