Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

HealthEcareers - Client is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join their team in a Labor and Delivery setting. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

This is a 13-week travel nursing assignment with a 36-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have experience in Labor and Delivery and be able to work 12-hour night shifts. The travel nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to Labor and Delivery patients
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
  • Document patient information and progress in the medical record
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Illinois
  • Experience in Labor and Delivery
  • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
