**Job Description:** As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Aveanna Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to provide skilled nursing care in a home environment, working one-to-one with patients to develop and implement personalized care plans. Your responsibilities will include executing physicians' prescribed plans of care, administering medication and treatments, conducting patient assessments, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:*

  • Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
