Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team as a Caregiver Specialist. As a DSP, you will work closely with our participants to help them achieve their personal goals and aspirations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist participants with daily living tasks such as personal hygiene, grooming, and medication management
  • Support participants in developing skills and strategies for independent living
  • Provide transportation and escort participants to appointments and activities
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with transfers as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
