We are seeking a talented Child Psychiatrist to join our team at Physician Empire, located in the heart of Central North Carolina.

About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Child Psychiatrist. You will have the chance to work with a dynamic and experienced team of professionals who share your passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
You will be responsible for assessing and treating children and adolescents with various mental health conditions. This will involve developing treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child psychiatry and excellent communication skills. You will need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible scheduling arrangements to support your needs. Our practice operates Monday to Friday, with regular hours and no on-call shifts.
Practice DetailsThis is an outpatient-only position, with opportunities to supervise APPs (Advanced Practice Providers). You will work closely with a team of experienced professionals, including psychologists, therapists, and administrators.
TMS therapy is a plus, but not required. You will have the opportunity to make your own schedule, seeing patients by appointment only. Our RVU (Relative Value Unit) model ensures that your productivity is rewarded, and you can expect to earn a minimum of $1,500 per hour.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must be a board-certified Child Psychiatrist with a valid medical license. You will need to be eligible for certification with major insurance carriers and have a strong understanding of Electronic Health Records (EHRs).
A successful background check and credentialing process will be conducted prior to commencement. This typically takes 60 days or less.
