Job Description:

  • Provide support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Sell company products and services to clients
  • Responsible for resolving client complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify and address client needs and concerns in a proactive and efficient manner
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex client issues

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
