- Provide support to clients via phone, email, and chat

- Responsible for resolving client complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify and address client needs and concerns in a proactive and efficient manner
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex client issues
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
Estimated Salary:** $50,000 - $70,000 per year**, **dependent on qualifications and experience**
