Job Summary

The Security Attendant is a vital role at Great Wolf Resorts, responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, their families, and our team members. As a key member of our security team, you will provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all who visit our resort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of visibility and vigilance throughout the resort premises to prevent and respond to any security incidents.
  • Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify potential risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to any security-related incidents, including guest complaints, medical emergencies, and other situations that require attention.
  • Collaborate with management and other departments to resolve incidents and ensure a smooth operation of the resort.
  • Provide exceptional guest service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Experience in security or a related field, preferably in a hospitality or resort environment.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Law enforcement background or experience in a related field.
  • First responder training or certification.

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
