Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and lead the overall operation of the assisted living neighborhood in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and coach a high-quality team of caregivers.
  • Provide recognition and create an engaged culture for team members, residents, and families.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and Sunrise standards for resident care and services.
  • Partner with the leadership team to ensure the community is in compliance with all regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum one year of supervisory/management experience in assisted living or long-term care.
  • C.N.A. certification required.
  • BA/BS degree may be required based on state requirements.
  • Demonstrated good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Effective organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills.
