Respiratory Therapist RRT- PT Evenings

A Respiratory Therapist (RT) is a vital member of the healthcare team, providing skilled respiratory care to patients of all ages under the direction of a physician.
The RT plays a crucial role in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiopulmonary diseases and related disorders, utilizing their expertise to assess patient respiratory status and recommend appropriate therapy.
Responsibilities- Perform ABG machine analysis and ventilator management
- Conduct EKGs, EEGs, chest PT, and arterial punctures
- Administer pulmonary functions and other respiratory therapies as needed
- Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy or a Certificate of Completion from an AMA-accredited program
- MA Respiratory Care licensure, including 261 CMR 5.00 Continuing Education Requirement
- Current BLS and ACLS certification preferred
- 1 year of acute care experience preferred
