Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Holy Family Hospital. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing respiratory care services to patients in accordance with physician orders and department policies.

• Administer respiratory therapy procedures, including oxygen delivery, mechanical ventilation, and bronchial drainage.
• Assess and reassess patients to determine the effectiveness of respiratory care interventions.
• Formulate and implement teaching plans to educate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of respiratory equipment.

• Graduate of an AMA-approved Respiratory Care program.
• Current Massachusetts State License and certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT), or Licensed Respiratory Therapist (LRT).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross (ARC).
• Proficiency in Meditech and Microsoft Office applications.
