Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a coaching philosophy that aligns with the school's mission and values
  • Recruit, select, and manage a team of assistant coaches
  • Plan and conduct practices and games, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all players
  • Develop and implement a player development program that focuses on skill improvement, character development, and teamwork
  • Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administrators
  • Conduct player evaluations and make selections for team positions
  • Develop and implement a team leadership program that fosters positive leadership qualities
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of coaching experience at the middle school or high school level
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful coaching programs
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students, parents, and school administrators
  • Valid first aid and CPR certification
