We are currently seeking a Commercial Door Specialist to join our team in Ballston Spa.

This role is responsible for driving the growth and development of our commercial door business by engaging with architects, outside sales, and builders.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Growth and Development

  • Develop strong business relationships with architects, outside sales, and builders to drive commercial and residential door sales.
  • Partner with outside contractor sales and management to grow existing customer's door business and develop new customers and markets.
  • Lead and support customers through the complete selling cycle, including specification analysis, product identification, bidding, and installation.
  • Work with outside sales to drive product specifications and recommend alternate products to customers.
  • Convert quotes to orders and leverage resources to identify job leads and business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at promotional functions and other builder associations.
  • Develop extensive sales knowledge of all window product lines and effective closing techniques.
