Springpoint Living is a senior living community seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Job

This full-time RN position requires providing high-quality nursing care to residents, supervising daily activities performed by LPNs, CNAs, and CHHAs, and adhering to federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

  • Perform a comprehensive assessment of all residents upon admission.
  • Develop a personalized plan of care for each resident upon admission.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate each resident's physical and emotional status for changes.

Responsibilities also include administering medications and treatment to residents, assisting with physician rounds, and making nursing rounds on the unit to report any problems to the Unit Coordinator.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Requirements
  • A valid DE RN License.
  • CPR Certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in LTC or sub-acute setting preferred.
