As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a medium-sized health center, overseeing staff, and ensuring seamless delivery of patient care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of RNs, administrative, and technical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement effective scheduling and workflow processes to meet service level agreements and optimize resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with Medical Leaders and providers to ensure alignment with business objectives and quality standards.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, provide coaching, and implement talent development plans to enhance staff performance and retention.
  • Manage daily operations, including budgeting, inventory management, and infection control, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and present recommendations to the Director, Client Operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Current license as a LPN/LVN, RN, or NP/PA in the practicing state.
  • Certification in Occupational Health (COHN/COHN-S) may be required for some sites.
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in the medical field, with 2-3 years' management experience.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and workflow management skills.
