Clinician / Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Clinician / Therapist to join our team at the Clarvida Community Crisis Center of Southwest Idaho. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will focus on de-escalation techniques, identify the client's immediate needs, and provide clinical treatment to facilitate their discharge from the crisis center.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with adults, conducting crisis and risk factor assessments, providing crisis counseling services, and conducting individual therapy. Additionally, they will collaborate with treatment team members to create discharge/aftercare plans and ensure ongoing stabilization for clients leaving the crisis center.

We offer a 3-day/week full-time schedule, competitive hourly rate of $27-$28, and a $1000 retention stay bonus. Our team is committed to providing a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Requirements:

  • Licensed in Idaho as LMSW, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT
  • Knowledge and experience utilizing psychological theories
  • Familiarity with community mental health resources preferred
  • Ability to pass background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting with ID DHW
