Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct repairs on medical devices, specifically heavy machinery.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for devices through onsite visits, phone consultations, and remote assistance.
  • Oversee the installation and training of medical devices at client locations.
  • Respond promptly to service requests.
  • Travel across the U.S. and South America as required (passport necessary).
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Technician.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in English, with bilingual capabilities in Korean.
  • Demonstrated responsibility, organization, and respectfulness.
  • Ability to learn quickly and engage effectively with clients.
  • Possession of a mobile phone and reliable transportation.
  • Strong knowledge of computers, tools, and machinery mechanisms; training will be provided, but a foundational understanding is essential.
