Behavioral Care Associate

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Care Associate to join our team at Resilience Rehabilitation. As a key member of our residential treatment program, you will work closely with clients to provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others. Your duties will include:
- Assisting clients with daily living tasks, while promoting independence and self-esteem.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of client progress and providing regular updates to the treatment team.
- Participating in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques to ensure client safety.
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A genuine passion for helping others.
- An ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to emergency situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid Driver's License and current CPR certification.
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, as well as comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
