About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our team at Courage Kia. As a Title Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing of vehicle titles and registrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process title work for sold vehicles, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Process payoffs, registrations, and license plate issuing and transfers.
  • Verify completeness and signatures on all required forms.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, prices, payments, warranties, and service contracts.
  • Prepare and submit title work to the DMV.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Automotive experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
