Job Summary: Teradyne is seeking a talented Hardware Test Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our NPI team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing test strategies for new hardware devices. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global team of experts and contribute to the delivery of cutting-edge test and automation solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define test strategies and develop test plans for new hardware devices.
  • Work closely with design teams to ensure test coverage and identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with contract manufacturing teams to deploy test stations and provide training.

 

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in manufacturing/operations of electronic devices. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience working with PCBA board testing, familiarity with defining, developing, and implementing manufacturing test strategies, and experience reviewing hardware designs to define test coverage.

 

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
