Senior Tax Compliance Analyst

Position Overview: The Senior Tax Compliance Analyst will play a pivotal role in overseeing the tax compliance processes within OSI Group. This position involves managing tax-related activities and ensuring adherence to regulations while supporting various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily tax compliance operations, ensuring accurate and timely submission of tax returns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and guidance on tax-related matters.
• Conduct thorough research on tax regulations and assess their impact on the organization.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support tax filings and audits.
• Assist in the development and implementation of tax strategies to optimize compliance and minimize liabilities.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions to complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with tax compliance software and processes is preferred.
• Experience in a corporate or academic setting is advantageous.
