Clinical Nurse III

Covenant Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse III to join our Surgical Services team at LeConte Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered services.
Responsibilities- Correlate patient history and support systems within hospital care and nursing home care.
- Assess the needs of patients and families, developing and initiating plans of care that involve patient and family participation.
- Recommend interventions and evaluate plans of care, demonstrating clinical expertise and knowledge to resolve complex patient management and physician problems without supervision.
- Lead process improvement initiatives in your unit or participate in facility teams, contributing to the development and evaluation of unit orientation programs.
- Supervise LPNs, Nursing Assistants, HUCs, Techs, and sitters, following policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including circulator responsibilities for OR, PACU, and Endo suites.
- Minimum of three (3) years professional experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Tennessee State RN licensure and CPR certification required.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications also required.
